Every strand we sell has been carefully sourced from single-donors, steam-processed to preserve its natural cuticle, and hand-sorted to ensure consistency. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Hair Care Guide
Use sulphate-free shampoo. Always wash in a downward motion to prevent tangling and preserve the cuticle.
Apply a rich conditioner weekly. Leave for 15–30 minutes and rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle.
Always use a heat protectant before styling. Keep tools below 180°C for colour-treated hair.
A silk or satin bonnet reduces friction overnight and keeps your style fresh much longer.

With proper care, our virgin hair lasts 2–3 years. Coloured or processed hair typically lasts 1–2 years depending on maintenance.
Yes! All our virgin bundles and wigs can be coloured, bleached, and permed. We recommend going to a professional stylist for best results.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. Once the bundle seal is broken, returns are only accepted for verified defects.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
We recommend measuring around your hairline with a soft tape measure. Our wigs come in Small (21"), Medium (22"), and Large (23") cap sizes. Most customers wear Medium.
